The interior doors of the houses have been made with the utmost of care. The best craftsmanship and quality materials, like solid wood of old pine, recreate an antique door of 2´28 m high with all its details, including old style door handles. On the first floor, the cupboards are finished with brickwork shelves and are closed with especially made curtains.

 

Comfort is perceived in the bathrooms. In the main bathroom one can enjoy the hydro-massage bath, and in the majority of the bathrooms the taps are from Buades series 1930 Deco. A handmade glazed ceramic sink decorates the guest toilet. The quality of the past, combined with the comfort of today.

 



An exclusive domotica system is preinstalled in each and every one of the houses of Ca la Xara. This system allows one to control via mobile phone the heating, air-conditioning and a light switch. Thanks to this technology, the system informs you in case of a breakdown of any of the essential services of the house.

 

Each house of Ca la Xara has a garden surrounded by high walls. This space includes a paved open terrace, a part with earth, and a small pool in a Mediterranean style to cool off in summer days, or simply, to let yourself drift with the murmur of the water.
