Ca la Xara shares the values and the philosophy of the Valencia region, a place with vision, where tradition and modernity co-exist. It was recently declared venue of the 2007 America’s Cup. Valencia is a place, where the knowledge of past times unites with the innovation of today and where avant-garde projects, such as Terra Mitica or the City of Arts and Science live in perfect harmony with the historic city centres.

On the Costa Blanca, at the foot of the Montgó Natural Park, between the sea and orange groves lies Dénia. Eight of its beaches were recently awarded the “Blue Flag” for the cleanest waters in Europe. A place of more than 20 kilometres of sandy beaches, where rocky coves and small alleys invite you for a nightly walk or to try the typical “Tapas”, and all this with a fabulous view of the castle, overlooking Denia.

Five golf courses can be found around the area of Ca la Xara, one of them being “Oliva Nova Golf”, designed by Severiano Ballesteros, another being “Javea Golf Club”. Furthermore, just about three kilometres from Ca la Xara, lies the magnificent Golf Club “La Sella”, which was designed by José María Olazábal and is considered one of the most beautiful courses on the Mediterranean coast. In an exceptional spot, and accompanied by a fabulous climate of the region, this course not only invites you to a round of 18 holes, but also to a luxurious environment in which to mellow.

Ca la Xara forms part of the village that gives its name: La Xara. A pleasant village like in the olden times, but with all the commodities of today. A place perfectly situated, where one can find all the necessities for every day life: a large number of shops and products in its bakery, butcher, fishmonger… In addition, La Xara has a chemist, school, the Mayor’s office, a library and various restaurants, offering the delicacies of this area, rich in rice and fish.
